Thank you Moonpool! I felt regret so much that I didn't sleep train my elder son 3 years ago!! In just 17 days, my whole family can sleep all day long and embrace a more harmounious household. From rocking and nursing to sleep, now my son is able to self settle within 10 mins. From waking up a few times during midnight, he is now able to settle himself back and wake around 7am.
